Please be aware of the following deadlines:
- January 24th, 2022 : opening of registration
- April 12th, 2022 : registrations closed
- May 16th, 2022: publication of the decisions of the scientific committee
The registration fees (including bus, boat, lodging, food and drinks, conference dinner for 6 days, and conference fees) are
- 612 euros for a single room
- 504 euros for a double room.
It is possible to ask for a financial support during the registration process, and if granted, a substantial part of the fees is covered. The number of supports is limited.
Please note that, due to organization constraints, it is not possible to adapt the fees to the duration of your stay.
There will be 30-minutes talks, parallel sessions with 20-minutes talks, a poster session, and probably a night session with 7-minutes talks.
Final decisions regarding the talks (from the Scientific committee) and the distribution of the rooms (from the Organizing committee) will be given in May 2022.
